Description

The Blenheims is a house dating from the 17th century, with a 19th-century cross-wing on the left. It features large timber framing with painted brick infill and a thatched roof, while the cross-wing has a plain-tile roof and a brick ridge stack. The building has a two-unit plan and is one storey high with an attic, presenting a three-window range. There is a plank door located on the right return of the cross-wing. The windows exhibit irregular placement, consisting of 19th and 20th-century casements, and there are swept dormers in the roof. Inside, the timber frame includes chamfered beams with end-stops.
