Description

This is a 17th-century house located on the west side of Broad Street in Brinklow. It is timber-framed with brick infill and a thatched roof. The roof has brick stacks at the ridge and ends. The house is one storey high with an attic, and has a two-window front. A 20th-century door is positioned on the left side, and a later 19th-century part-glazed door is on the right, with a later hood over it. The central windows are 19th-century two- and three-light casements; a further 19th-century window to the right is a three-light casement with 18 panes. Dormers have an eight-pane, two-light casement to the left and a three-light casement with 12 panes to the right. The interior has not been inspected.
