Description

No. 69 Broad Street is a 17th-century house that features a timber frame with render infill and brick sides. It has a slate roof with brick stacks at both ends. The building stands two storeys tall and has a three-window range. The ground floor has bow windows, while the first storey has casement windows. There is a 20th-century door. The exterior includes a plastered stone plinth. Inside, the house retains original beams that are chamfered and have ogee stops. It is also reported to have original roof trusses.
