Description
The Old Rectory is an early 19th-century house located on the north side of Coventry Road in Brinklow. It is constructed of yellow brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with a slate roof and brick stacks at each end. The house is two storeys high, featuring a three-window front. A part-glazed door is located on the right-hand facade and is topped by a fanlight, placed within two layers of segmental brick arches. Six-pane unhorned sash windows are present on the main facade, each with a gauged brick lintel. The central windows on both the ground and first floors are blind. The building includes a brick plinth, brick pilasters to each corner, and a storey band. It also features bracketed eaves. The interior has not been inspected.
