Description

MANCETTER QUARRY LANE SP3296 (West side) 11/106 Manor Farmhouse 25/03/68 GV II Former farmhouse. c.1700. Brick with mid/late C20 render and brick string course and cornice. Late C20 plain-tile roof; brick end stacks, largely rebuilt. L-plan with wing on left to rear. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. Regular front has central C20 panelled door, and overlight. 3-light and central 2-light leaded wood mullioned and transomed windows. Lean-to range set back on right of one storey and attic; 3-light and 2-light first-floor casements. Staircase projection to rear. Interior noted as having moulded beams.
