Description

Manor Farmhouse is a former farmhouse dating from around 1700. It is constructed of brick, featuring mid to late 20th century render, a brick string course, and a cornice. The roof, which is plain-tiled, was redone in the late 20th century, and the brick end stacks have been largely rebuilt. The building has an L-plan layout with a wing extending to the left at the rear. It stands two storeys tall with an attic and has a three-window range. The front is regular, featuring a central 20th century panelled door with an overlight above. The windows include three-light and a central two-light leaded wood mullioned and transomed designs. There is a lean-to range set back on the right side, which is one storey and has attic space, with three-light and two-light casements on the first floor. A staircase projection is located at the rear. The interior is noted for having moulded beams.
