Description

This is a 19th-century obelisk made of sandstone, located on the site of St Leonard's Chapel. It is inscribed with the words 'SITE OF THE CHAPEL OF ST. LEONARD AT HOD DEMOLISHED 1538 30TH HENRY VIII'. The obelisk stands approximately 6 meters high and features a badly damaged base consisting of four steps.
