6/8 Obelisk.

Obelisk, 1874, of sandstone with a stepped base and sculptured lions at the four corners. On east side of base is a panel with a beast's head in relief. The obelisk, of moderate size and standing on the site of a beacon, is listed primarily as a landmark.
