Stables And Loose Box Approximately 2 Metres South East Of Hartshill Grange

The stables and loose box located approximately 2 meters southeast of Hartshill Grange date from the 18th or 19th century. They are constructed of brick and feature a decorative do-tooth cornice. The roof is covered with plain tiles and is hipped to the right. The building is one storey with an attic and consists of three bays. The first and second bays each contain a segmental-arched doorway with a late 20th-century door, along with a small window that has a brick flat arch. There are two later window openings present as well. The third bay features a late 20th-century plank door with a brick flat arch. On the left side, there is a hayloft door. The rear of the building is also one storey but is elevated due to the sloping site. This structure is included for its group value.
