Two houses, now shop. Early to mid C18 with late C19 and C20 alterations. Brick; tile roof with brick stacks. Georgian style. 2 storeys with attic; 5-window range. Top deep brick cornice. Ground floor has C20 shop front, returned to entrance to King Street to right; entrance has timber lintel with segmental relieving arch. 1st floor has windows with rubbed brick flat arches over 4-pane horned sashes; attic has 2 gabled dormers. 2 cross-axial stacks. Rear has 2 gabled wings; varied fenestration, mostly segmental-headed windows with pegged frames; 2-light stair window with 2 transoms and leaded glazing to wing to left, which has axial stack. Interior: chamfered spine beams and good open-well stair with turned balusters.
