Milestone. c1779 for Caldon Canal Co. Dressed/ashlar stone. Roughly (triangular) wedge shaped with rounding to top, and approximately 40cm high. To left it reads "3" and to the right it reads "14". Dates to the first phase of the Caldon Canal before its extension to Uttoxeter.
