Description

Lock keeper's cottage, built in the early 19th century with minor alterations from the 20th century. It features painted brickwork and a tiled roof with a dentil eaves band. The building has an end stack on the left and a ridge stack to the right of the center. It is two stories high and has a two-window front, with 20th-century casements on the left side. The entrance is located to the right of center, positioned between the windows. This cottage is part of a group that includes a lock, a bridge, and stables, and is included for its group value.
