Carriage Sheds, Dairy And Home Farmhouse, Approximately 35 Metres South Of Ashcombe Park

The carriage sheds, dairy, and Home Farmhouse, dated 1806 and possibly restored, are located approximately 35 meters south of Ashcombe Park. They are built from coursed squared and dressed stone with finely dressed details and feature hipped and gabled tiled roofs. The structure has an L-shaped plan, with the farmhouse situated in the lower limb.

The entrance front is symmetrical and consists of two storeys, highlighted by a taller open pedimented central pavilion that displays a circular date plaque inscribed with "MDCCCVI." This pavilion features a segmental-headed two-light casement window above an elliptical carriage arch. The flanking wings contain similar windows positioned at the ends in two ranges, with boarded doors on the outer sides of each range.

On the south-west end, the windows have painted boards above them, labeled "Cheese Room" on the first floor and "Dairy" on the ground floor. The inner side of the north-east wing has two elliptical-arched carriage doors. The Home Farmhouse has 20th-century casements on its south-west front and a stack located to the right of center. The entire unit forms a 'U' shape around a courtyard that includes the stables.
