House, now shop. c1840. Stucco; slate roof. Double-depth plan, incorporated into later buildings. 2 storeys; 3-window range. 1st floor sill band; wide eaves and verge. Round-headed entrance in forward break to left end has doorcase with fluted pilasters, entablature blocks and open pediment, fanlight over 6-panel door. Ground floor windows have sills, eared architraves and cornices; C20 plate glass; 1st floor has round-headed window to left end with architrave and anthemion key in Ionic aedicule; other windows with architraves, friezes and cornices on brackets with bulls' heads and front legs, now damaged; all with 2-pane sashes. End truncated stack. An unusual survival.
