Description

Church Farmhouse and the attached agricultural buildings date back to 1664, with later additions from 1819. The structure features a timber frame with brick additions and has a plain tile roof that is hipped to the right, along with brick ridge stacks. The building has a T-shaped plan, with a timber-framed wing running north-south and a brick range attached to the west, which runs east-west and faces north.

The gabled timber-framed wing on the left has two storeys and an attic, while the two-storey brick range on the right includes agricultural buildings. The house has a layout of 1:3 bays, with casement windows that have segmental heads. There is a door on the left side of the brick range, featuring a 19th-century pedimented doorcase. The wing displays square panelled framing with closely spaced studs beneath the first-floor window and straight braces.

The agricultural buildings at the right end of the brick range include a three-centred carriage arch with a keystone, flanked by small segmental-headed doors, one of which is blocked. There is also a two-storey bay to the right of the arch with small segmental-headed windows. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
