Description
The Homestead is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick with a plain tile roof and features brick integral end stacks. The house is aligned north-east to south-west and faces south-east, with an outshut at the rear. It has three storeys and a dentilled eaves band. There are two windows with casements; the windows on the ground and first floors have segmental heads. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door topped with a bracketed hood. To the right, there is a single-storey extension that includes a segmental headed casement and a boarded door.
