Stables And House Approximately 100 Yards West Of Holly Bush

The building consists of stables that have been partly converted into a house, located approximately 100 yards west of Holly Bush. It dates from the early 19th century and was partly remodeled and converted in the early 20th century. The structure features a hipped slate roof, with a brick ridge stack and a lateral external stack.

On the left side, there is a single-storey stable, while the right side contains a two-storey house, both sharing the same roof line. The building has a layout of three bays, one bay, and three bays, with a central pedimented break that includes a panelled cupola and a blind semi-circular headed arch. The stables have blind semi-circular headed arches with inserted windows. The house exhibits irregular fenestration, with casement windows on the ground floor to the right and center, as well as on the first floor to the center and left of center. The upper storey features applied timber framing with roughcast panels.
