Description

Dated 1776. 3-storey, 5-bay symmetrical mansion house. Harled, with painted margins and rusticated quoins. North west front has central door with traceried fanlight in lugged architrave with entablature. Roman Doric columned porch.

12-pane sash windows with lugged margins throughout (3 windows on south-east elevation with plate glass; 1 later piended dormer on this front). Cornice continues on all elevations. Central pediment on each end wall with blind oculus, dated on south west.

Stacks above each pediment. Low piended slate and platform roof.

To south: 3 detached service and stable blocks arranged round courtyard with retaining wall, curved to gatepiers on east. Harled with painted margins. Single storey and loft buildings with piended slate roof. Segmental-headed pend in east elevation of south block, oculi in loft of west block.
