Craig Mill, built around 1825, is a single-storey structure with a basement and features four bays. The building is constructed from rubble with ashlar margins, and it has stugged quoins and dressings. The east wall includes two doors and two windows, with both doors elevated above ground level and steps leading to the left door. A low gabled wheelhouse projects westwards, drawing water from the south. The mill has end stacks and a slate roof.
