GV II

Mill c.1800, wheelhouse and head race remodelled early C19. Rubble with dressings, tooled-and-margined on wheelhouse.; slate roof. East elevation 3 storeys, 3 bays. Stable door in alternating-block surround between bays 2 and 3, which have 16-pane sashes to lower floors and smaller windows, that to left half-slatted, above. Coped gables with moulded kneelers; end stacks, right stepped, left rebuilt in brick. Lower wing projects from bay 1, with coped gable on deep footstones and slatted louvre on ridge. To far left wheelhouse with opening beneath eaves for head race, which is wood-lined and carried on a stone abutment extending south to the boundary wall. To right, attached miller's house (q.v.).

Left return shows external stone stair to boarded door into wheelhouse. Rear elevation: 16-pane sashes to lower floors with part-slatted windows above, segmental arch to wheelpit.
