Workshop 55 Metres East Of Hungerford Mill

The building is a workshop located 55 metres east of Hungerford Mill, originally a tannery and barn from the 18th century. It features a weatherboarded timber-framed upper floor supported by stone rubble walls and brick piers. The roof is covered with plain tiles and has a 20th-century roof-light at the rear. The structure has a rectangular plan consisting of five bays aligned north-south and stands two storeys tall.

On the exterior, there are boarded loft doors at one end of each side, with the rear (east) side having stone rubble steps that provide access to the entrance. The north end bay has solid walls with a boarded door, while the rest of the building is mostly open between three rows of brick piers, with a brick wall at the north end. The interior has not been inspected.
