Workshop, now storage and office. C19. MATERIALS: timber frame at first floor over brick base at ground floor. EXTERIOR: First floor clad in elm boarding part tarred and part painted. End wall of ground floor is painted brick. Old tile gabled roof. PLAN: Rectangular plan of 3 framed bays with pent roof carried down to just above ground level at rear over single storey part. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and single storey. South-east front: 3-bays. Wooden gutter on 3 plain wooden brackets. First floor has two, 2-light windows on each side of single light window; all with delicate vertical glazing bars with glass panes lapped above over lower ones. Ground floor has three 3-light mid C20 casement windows under segmental arched heads with raked buttresses between. Left hand gable has loading door on upper level. INTERIOR: contains original wood-turning lathe.
