Description

The gates and piers at the west entrance to Binfield Park date from the late 18th century. They are made of rusticated stone, with the two central piers featuring vermiculated quoins, a frieze adorned with swags, a cornice, and a pediment above. The outer piers have simple, low pyramidal tops. Although the central gates are missing, the wrought-iron side gates with scroll ornamentation are still present.
