Description

A small hay barn, now used for storage, dating from the 17th century. The barn is constructed with a timber frame, partly filled with brick and partly clad in weatherboarding, and has an old, gabled tile roof. It has a rectangular plan with three framed bays and a projecting brick plinth. The south-east facing front, overlooking the road, features a symmetrical platband. There are three bays with modern casement windows containing two lights each, with square leading. A central 6-panel door, with the two upper panels glazed, is sheltered by a tiled, gabled porch. The interior was not inspected.
