Description

The town walls extend from the southern boundary of Walters Clothing Factory, heading southwards and then turning west to the rear of No. 75 Old Street. These walls date back to the 13th century and are constructed from stone rubble and brickwork. They have been significantly reduced in size over time and are adjacent to No. 69 Old Street, which was formerly a wall tower.
