Pair of shops and offices. Late C18. Stucco over brick with plain tiled roof. 3 storeys with attic dormers in roof, 5-window range, 2 right-hand bays advanced. Rusticated ground floor with inserted C20 shop fronts and doorway in central bay. Upper windows are 12-pane sashes with stressed entablatures, and a segmental pediment over the central window in the left-hand section. Second-storey windows also 12-pane sashes, with continuous sill band. Plain eaves band. Hipped roof over right-hand section. 4 gabled dormers in the roof. Stack on left-hand gable.
