12/3 Barn approx. 15m south- - east of Rockley Farmhouse 21.3.68 (formerly listed as Barn at Rockley Farm)

GV II

Barn. C17 with later additions and alterations. Weatherboarded timber frame on uncoursed limestone rubble plinth, graded slate roof. 2 levels; scattered eaves hatches and stable doors on each side with rubblestone and weatherboarded gabled projection (probably former horse engine house) roughly to centre of main section on west. Interior: framing: square panels and long straight tension braces with weatherboarded partitions; double-purlin roof in 8 or 9 bays with mixture of Queen-strut trusses and raking struts from tie beams supporting principal rafters, northern 2 bays with slightly lower roof pitch being later addition.
