Description
Old Mill is a former mill-house that has been converted into a cottage, likely dating from the early 18th century. The building is constructed of painted coursed limestone rubble and features a thatched roof with corrugated iron cladding, hipped to the left. It has one storey and an attic, with a large brick ridge stack located off-centre to the right. The front of the building has four windows, arranged in a three-room plan, and includes two-light 20th-century casements. There is a central half-glazed boarded door, and a late 20th-century flat-roofed addition is present to the left. Inside, there is a large open fireplace and chamfered beams.
