House. Late C17 or early C18. Rubble; thatched roof; rubble external stack with detached shaft and brick chimney to right returned side. Single unit; T-shaped on plan. EXTERIOR: single-storey and attic: 2 C19 gabled dormers with 2-light metal lattice-glazed casements under brick gables and plain tiled roofs. Entrance to left centre: battened plank door in oak frame, under simple porch; to left one, to right 2 C19 2-light metal lattice-glazed casements in chamfered frames. Right returned side: small lean-to, probably containing oven. To left, outshut with battened plank door, ventilation slits; further C20 weatherboarded range. C18 wing to rear: brick over rubble; plain tile roof; brick end stack; similar roof dormer; 2-light metal lattice-glazed casement; plank door. INTERIOR: not inspected.
