Description
No. 3 Stanton Lacy is a 17th-century building that was originally two houses but is now one. It features a timber-frame and plaster construction, with painted brick and rubble panels, topped by a cedar shingle roof and a brick ridge stack.
The exterior has two storeys and a three-window range. There are two 20th-century two-light casements in chamfered cases, and to the left, there is a narrow metal casement with small panes of old glass. The entrance is located to the center right and consists of a six-panel door beneath a 19th-century timber-framed and brick gabled porch. This entrance is flanked by 19th-century three-light casements with simple hoods. To the left, there is a 20th-century casement in what was likely a former doorway. At the extreme left, there is an advanced lean-to with a pentice roof, featuring a 20th-century casement in a rubble panel.
The interior has not been inspected.
