GV II

House. Late C17/early C18 with later alterations. Coursed limestone rubble; stone slate roof; C19 brick left- and right-end stacks. 2 storeys and attic; 5-window range. First floor has five 2-light chamfered stone-mullion windows with leaded light casements; ground floor has four C19 two-light chamfered stone-mullion windows with hoodmoulds. Three gabled dormers with 2-light leaded casements. Four-panel door to centre with C19 gabled porch. Rear elevation has one small gable and two 2-light chamfered stone-mullion windows with leaded lights with hoodmoulds. Single storey C18/C19 wing to rear. INTERIOR has early/mid C18 dog-leg closed string staircase; chamfered beam with run out stop and early/mid C18 cupboards flanking C20 fireplace in ground floor front left. Attached shed is lean-to with stone slate roof behind coursed limestone rubble wall to right.
