House. Early C19. Limestone ashlar; Welsh slate roof; C19 brick left- and right-end stacks, that to right apparently shared with No.21 Cecily Hill (qv). One broad gable or simple pediment to front. 2 storeys, attic and cellar; 3-window range. First floor has one 8/8-pane sash window to centre and 2-light chamfered stone-mullion windows with 4/4-pane sashes in each light to left and right. Similar 2-light window with hoodmould in gable. Similar 2-light windows with hoodmoulds with timber casements with glazing bars to ground floor. 6-panel door with top two panels glazed under hoodmould to centre; four stone steps up to door with iron handrail curving away to each side. Plinth with 2 window openings to basement. Cill band to first floor and unmoulded coping to parapet and gable. Opening with moulded stone pointed top at left side with C20 extension above; this is rear access shared with No.17 Cecily Hill (qv). One C19 cast-iron gate gives access to each garden; gates are linked by short section of matching railing. INTERIOR not inspected.
