Description
This is a terrace of three houses located at 21, 23, and 25 Cecily Hill in Cirencester, built in the early 19th century. The houses are constructed from limestone ashlar with a Welsh slate roof. The ridge and left-end stacks are rebuilt in brick, with the left stack apparently shared with No. 19 Cecily Hill. The terrace has two storeys, an attic, and cellars, featuring a five-window range.
On the first floor, there are four two-light chamfered stone-mullion windows, each with 4/4-pane sashes in both lights, along with one similar blind opening. The ground floor has three similar openings with hoodmoulds, containing casements with glazing bars. There are three six-panel doors, with the top two panels glazed, situated under flat canopies supported by iron brackets. The doors to Nos. 21 and 23 are paired on the left, while No. 25 is located on the far right. Below the ground floor windows, there are three openings to the cellars. The terrace also features four hipped dormers with 20th-century leaded light casements. The building has a shallow plinth and a continuous cill-band beneath the first-floor windows. The interiors have not been inspected.
