Description
Nos. 11, 12, and 13 Frankwell is a house and two shops built around 1800. The building is constructed of brick and has a plain tiled roof. It is two storeys high and features a four-window range. There is an inserted door in a gabled porch, along with an inserted casement window that partially cuts into the flat-arched head of an earlier window to the left. To the right is a shop front, likely from the early 19th century, which has a central arch leading to a passage, flanked by doorways and small-paned windows beneath a continuous fascia supported by console brackets. The upper windows are four-pane sashes with flat-arched gauged brick heads. The building also has a dentilled eaves band, a single axial stack, and ridge cresting.
