Description

The railings, gate piers, and gates of Mardol Cottage date from the late 18th century and are located on the south side of the garden, extending over the front of the house. The wrought-iron railings are of good quality and are flanked by two piers: one is made of rusticated stone and the other is restored in brick. Both piers feature moulded cornice caps and acorn heads, with a wrought-iron gate positioned at the center.
