Description

The gates, gate piers, and railings in the garden at Glansevern are possibly from around 1800, likely contemporary with the house. Originally, they were positioned closer to the house but were relocated around 1980. The outer panelled stone piers feature moulded cornices and shallow pyramidal copings. There is a low brick plinth wall supporting cast iron railings that include scrolled inset panels. The entrance is marked by paired cast and wrought iron gates, which have a scrolled overthrow, a lock bar, and side panels.
