Description

The gates, gate piers, and railings to Norwood House date from around 1780. There are two pairs of stone gate piers that are rusticated, featuring square crowning blocks and oval modillions set into the design. These piers support enriched balls on moulded bases, although the ball finials on the eastern piers were missing at the time of the last survey. The property also includes good wrought iron railings and two pairs of gates.
