Description

This is a Regency-era house located on the north side of Much Wenlock High Street. The building is constructed of amber-coloured brick and is two storeys high. It features a double-fronted bow window with glazing bars, a simple moulded wood doorcase, and a moulded wood cornice. Above the door is a single casement window with a keyblock and channelled lintel. The building has plain eaves and an old tile roof. Numbers 40 to 45 (consecutive), the Fox Hotel, and numbers 47 to 49 (consecutive) form a group.
