Description
No. 21 Raven Lane is a house dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of brick and has an old plain tile roof. The building is two storeys high, with an attic and cellar, and features a single window range. The window on the ground floor is a 19th-century, four-light casement set under a segmental arch in an altered opening. There is a storey band present, and a 19th-century gable dormer with a three-light casement. The entrance is located to the right and consists of a 20th-century, six-panel door beneath a simple moulded hood supported by consoles. To the left, there is an early 19th-century tripartite window featuring 2/2, 6/6, and 2/2 sashes with an oak sill, set under an oak lintel above an altered opening. A storey band runs across the entire building.
