Description

No. 13 Raven Lane is a house dating from the late 18th century. It features a roughcast exterior and a shallow pitch slate roof, with a brick stack at one end. The building is three storeys high and has a single-window range. On the ground floor, there is a 4/4 sash window in a moulded case, set under a cambered arch, and a 6/6 sash window with broad glazing bars above it. The entrance is located to the right and consists of a part-glazed panelled door, which is sheltered by a simple hood supported by reeded pilasters. To the left of the entrance, there is another 6/6 sash window set under a segmental arch.
