Description

No. 23 Church Street is a house dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed of stucco with a slate roof and has a rendered brick end stack. The building stands three storeys tall and features a single-window range, including an 8/8 sash window and a 6/6 sliding sash window, both in moulded cases. The entrance is located to the left and consists of a 20th-century half-glazed door set within an earlier fluted case, topped by a simple flat hood. To the right of the entrance is a bow window that has an inserted 19th-century 4/4 sash window.
