Description
21 and 22 Church Street are early 19th-century houses made of painted brick with a Welsh slate roof and a rendered ridge stack. The buildings are two stories high and feature a three-window arrangement, including a 4/8 sash window flanked by two 3/6 sash windows, all set under brick segmental arches. The eaves are decorated with brick dentils. The entrance is located to the left and consists of a six-panel door that is sheltered by a simple flat hood supported by consoles. To the left of the entrance is a 3/6 sash window, and to the right are a 4/8 sash and two 3/6 sashes, all under segmental arches. The angled return to the right includes a 3/6 sash window on the roughcast first floor, alongside a 19th-century four-panel door leading to No. 21 and another 3/6 sash window.
