Description

No. 13 St John's Hill is a house dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of brick and features a plain tiled roof. The building is two stories high with an attic and has a three-window range. To the right, there is a part-glazed six-panelled door set within a lugged architrave topped with a pediment. The windows are sash style, with flat-arched brick heads, and the ground-floor windows have shutters. The eaves overhang and are adorned with a deep moulded wood cornice. The roof includes pedimented dormers, and the gables are coped with stacks at the gable ends.
