Description
The drive gate, standards, and flanking dwarf walls with railings, located approximately 100 metres to the northeast of Ruckley Grange, date from around 1904 and are possibly designed by Sir Ernest George and Yates. The structure features wrought iron elements, including a gate with bowed braces and an enriched top rail adorned with elaborate central cresting, along with ramps leading up to the hinge and lock panels. The standards are designed with dog-leg stanchions and feature an Arts and Crafts pattern design KHW monogram at the top. The dwarf walls extend on either side of the gate, with railings that ramp up to the centre.
