Description
This is a 17th-century house located approximately 100 meters north-north-west of Bank House in Stanton Lacy. The building is constructed of limewashed stone rubble and features a plain tile roof, along with a massive internal end stack that has a brick superstructure.
The house is two storeys high and has a single-window range, which includes a 19th-century two-light casement window. To the right, there is a plank door with a light in a pegged frame, a 19th-century cross-window to the left, and a small light further left. The right side and rear of the house are timber-framed with plaster panels.
Inside, the house has a chamfered spine beam, an inglenook fireplace, and a 19th-century staircase.
