Farmhouse. C16 and C17. Timber-frame and plaster on rubble plinth; plain tile roof; massive rubble external stack with brick chimney, to centre front; similar smaller stack to right front. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 3-window range: C20 3-light casements to gables, with central C19 casement under gable dormer. Central entrance: C19 glazed and panelled door in C20 timber-framed gable porch; to right a restored C19 bay window, under jetty, set in close-studding, with diagonal studding to gable. To left a restored 3-light casement, set in box-framing with jowled studs. Right returned side: close-studding. Rear: rubble central range; jettied first floor to right-hand advanced gable; C19 and C20 lights and casements. Rubble wing to left: C20 brick ridge stack; steps to C19 battened plank door; fixed light with central wood mullion to left, over C19 2-light casement and C20 3-light casement. INTERIOR: not inspected.
