No. 12, Old Street, Ludlow, is a late 18th-century house, subsequently used as a shop and dwelling. The building is stuccoed, with a roof covered in 20th-century composite tiles and a 20th-century brick stack to the front. It is three storeys high, with a cellar, and has a three-window front. The upper floors contain 8/8 sash windows with beaded casings, stone sills, and grooved stucco lintels. There is a further 4/8 sash window over the upper windows. To the left of the front, an 8/8 sash window sits above a cellar entrance. A late 20th-century double shopfront and central double doors are situated to the right. A moulded wooden storey band runs above the shopfront.
