Cottage. C17 with later additions and alterations. Timber-framed with plastered and painted brick infilling on rubblestone base, machine tiled roof, brick end stack. I½ storeys; four framed bays, 2½ square panels to eaves, long straight tension braces; C19 casements, two to ground floor, one to first, two C20 gabled eaves dormers; entrance to left through late C20 lean-to boarded extension. Timber-framed and brick outshut under separate lean-to roof to rear. The interior retains timber framing substantially intact.
