Description
Malt Kiln Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the late 18th century, with later additions and alterations. It is constructed of red brick and features a slate roof. The building has two storeys and a dentilled eaves cornice, with a three-window front. The windows are 19th-century segmental-headed casements, and there is a blind segmental-headed opening in the center on the first floor. The central entrance includes a plain pilastered doorcase with a flat hood, a four-panel door, and a rectangular barred overlight. The integral end stacks have late 19th-century moulded capping.
