House. Possibly part early C18, but largely early C19. Stucco over brick with plain tiled roof. 3-storeyed and basement, elevation to St John's Hill a 3-window range with doorway to left in pedimented case. Sash windows, blocked over doorway. Paired gables in return elevation to Murivance, with square full-height bay window to the left, with sash windows and exposed timbering, and paired sashes beneath the right-hand gable. Lower wing of main range forms part of this elevation, with doorway to right in simple pediment carried on console brackets. Side wall and rear stacks.
