Shop and dwelling. C19 front to earlier core. Rendered brick; slate roof; C18 brick cross axial stack to rear. Double-depth plan. 4 storeys; 2-window range: early C19, 6/6 sashes; 2/2 sashes to 2nd and 3rd floors. Right returned side has recessed panel under timber lintel. Rear: roughcast, with 2 mid C19, 6/6 sashes and C20 fire door; three 6/6 sashes with broad glazing bars, over; two 6/6 sashes, C20 casement and C19 fixed light, and C20 fire door, over; all sashes in broad cases. INTERIOR: upper floors have C19 fire-grates, doors and architraves, panelling and stick-baluster staircase; rear wing has plasterwork chimney breast, with panelled cupboard with spindle balusters over, on C17 brickwork. Re-roofed C20, on early C19 trusses.
